Job Purpose
Assist Project Managers in the coordinating and planning of projects.General Duties
- Supporting the management of projects
- Communicating with team members with project goals
- Assist in the planning and development with the start and lifespan of the projects
- Execute minor tasks to assist with billing, scheduling, and cost
- Research information
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, coordinating meetings, etc.
- Complete tasks set by the Project Manager in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned including duties that may not be required or are not typically performed by a Project Manager
- Maintain a professional and ethical attitude that promotes company culture
