Job Purpose

Assist Project Managers in the coordinating and planning of projects.

General Duties

  • Supporting the management of projects
  • Communicating with team members with project goals
  • Assist in the planning and development with the start and lifespan of the projects
  • Execute minor tasks to assist with billing, scheduling, and cost
  • Research information
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, coordinating meetings, etc.
  • Complete tasks set by the Project Manager in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned including duties that may not be required or are not typically performed by a Project Manager
  • Maintain a professional and ethical attitude that promotes company culture
